A PresubmissionConferencewas. held Wednesday, May 19, 1993 to discuss the above
mentioned final plat. The. Project Review Committee made the following comments:
ENGINEERING:
According<to the drainage report, the detention facility Jocated along the rear of the
cul-de~sac Jots, will not meet theordinance..requirementswith.respect to...the 5' and 15'
easement"width'beyondthe top of bank requirements.. The.developer can reduce the
size of the rear cul-de-sac lots to meet the ordinance; > however, a variance would.. need
to be granted to . the minimum. lot depth requirements, Staff suggested a variance
request to the easement width requirements. . The application deadline for submittal. to
the Zoning Board of Adjustment for either variance, is no later than NOON on Friday,
May 28, 1993 for the meeting scheduled Tuesday, June 15, 1993. Contact City
