City Engineer Pullen.. presented the staff report and recommended approval of the final plat. The
applicant was notified thatthe City Graham Road sewer project wilt hopefully coordinate with this
development. . If . it does . not, the applicant wilL have. to work with the City. to find an alternate
litem p ora ry" solution for the sewer service to these lots. Oversized participation in Victoria Avenue is
a part of a development a greemenL between the City Counciland the applicant approved on January
18, 1993. Sidewalks arerequired on one side of Aster Drive between Nottingham Drive and Schaffer
Road and along one side of Nottingham Drive. The upgrade and extension of Victoria Avenue win
take place with..phase three of this development.
Commissioner Herring moved to recommend approval of the final plat for. the Edelweiss Estates
Phase ..11 Subdivision with .....staff. recommendations. Co III missioner Gribouseconded . . the motion . which
passed unopposed (4 -0).

City Engineer Pullen presented the staff report and recornmendedapproval with thepresubmission
comments. The developer .. may request oversize participation. on. Mint .. Avenue and sidewalks will be
required along both sides of Mint Avenue. The final plat as presented conforms to the preliminary
plat approved by City Council on April 8, 1993.
Commissioner Herring moved to recommend approval of the final plat for the Elm Crest Subdivision
with staff recommendations. . . Commissioner Smith.. seconded the motion which passed. unopposed (3-
1 - 0); Commissioner Mariott abstained from voting.
