Suggest that the applicant discuss with the Fier 1 property owner, the installation of'a sidewalk a ong the Pier 1 frontage in conjunction with this developmentl" we requested the latter in order to provide a continuous sidewalk for patrons and pedestrians in front of the'Post yak Square.development. S uare Subdivision, which increases the number of p _q total lots. in the subdivision. from 2 to 4. It is being replatted o accomodate a large develo ment on lot 3R. A PRC was held at the end of March wherein staff explained p that rovision of ublic utilities is a re uirement of the subdivision. regulations and if tl~e P p q a licant desired to maintain the rivate services to the individual lots, he would need to pp p seek a variance and enter into a develo merit and hold harmless agreements with the City. ~ p ~ for those .lots with rivate sewer service. These agreements are necessitated by concerns p with.the ` rovision of rivate sanitar sewer service to the new lots.
