The water system in this area was
constructed to serve .a residential use
in the mid 1940's. Fire hydrant
spacing and pipe sizes are not generally
adequate to serve commercial. or high

requested lot.
The sanitary sewer system was

The.Land Use Plan. reflects all of the property along Wellborn Road from
Luther to theapartrnent complex on the corner of Wellborn and George
Bush as lowdensity'residential. The ,request is not in compliance \\,ith
the land use plan for the area.
