ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REZONING NINE TRACTS TOTALLING 38.14 ACRES SI1~UATED
IN THE MORGAN RECTOR LEAGUE, IN BRAZOS COUNTY, . C()LLEGE

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City Han Council Chambers at
7:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 11, 1993, on the question of rezoning certain areas within
the City limits:
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change...the. classification ofnil1e tracts totalling 38.14 acres situated in the
Morgan Rector Le.ague,in Brazos County, College Station, Texas generally located on the
southwest corner of the intersection qf EM. 2818 and the State Highway 6 East Bypass,
fromR-1 single family residential toC-l general commercial. Said nine tracts are more
