STAFF COMMENTS:
Conditional use permits are granted by the Commission, subject to appropriate
conditions and safeguards, when the Commission finds:
A. That the proposed use meets all the minimum standards established in tile
Zoning Ordinance for this type of use;
B. That the proposed useisinharmony with the purpose and intent of the
zoningotdlnanceandthe plan for physical development of the district as
embodied in.thecomprehensive plan for the >development of the City;
C. Thatthe proposed use will not be .detrimentalto the health, welfare, and.
safety of the surrounding neighborhood or its occupants, nor be
substantially or permanently inJurious to neighboring property.

TheP.R.C.reviewed this proJect on May 20,1992. The revised site plan was not
available at the time of this staff report. Staffis currently working with the applicant to
ensure that certain changes are made and that other concerns will be. addressed
adequately. This information will be presented at the meeting.
