in4 cars. Our hours for service are as follows:
Sunday A.M. - 10:45
Sunday P.M. - 7:45
Wed~dayP.M. ~. 7:45
As you can see ,our parKi ng needs are few at this tinle and necessary
on 1 y after normal bus iness hours and on .Sunday.
The owner of the building has provided the following square footage

A Predevelopment ... Meeting was.held '. Wednesday, January 29, '. 1992 . to discuss the above
mentioned conditional use permit request. The Committee reviewed the site plan and
made the following comments:
BUILDING:
Submita floor planiofthe lease space, prior to Planning and Zoning Corinnission
considerationol1 February 20, 1992, to BuildiI1g Official Coy Perry to determine
the total occupancy as well as the building code' requirements fora Group A
Assembly...facility.
P & Z REPRESENTATIVE:
Recommended thatu the facility grew to a total cOIlgregation of 25- 30 people,
the permit should be reconsidered by the Commission.
