CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT .. Tutoring' Institution to be located at
301-B Patricia in the Northgate zoning district. (92-700)
APredevelopl11entMeetingwas held Wednesday,. January 22, 1992 to discuss . the above
mentioned .conditional .usepermit request. The Committee reviewed the . site '.plan and
made the following comments:
PLANNING:
Suggested that the applicant submit a letter to the .Plap.ningand . Zoning
Commission explaining the types of classes offered, the students that the business
will target, and the amount of time between classes.
BUILDING:
The total occupancy load . for the subject lease space is thirty. (Thi~ figure
includes all instructors.)
The electrical service must be repaired and anchored to the wall prior to
occupancy.
