(92-500) The Project Review Committee reviewe'd, the above 'mentioned parking lot plan Wednesday, July 8, 1992 and voted to deny the parking lot plan as submitted. The following comments were made by the. various reviewing. agents: ENGINEERING: Concerned with parking . along Brentwood, that would result from the proposed addition in conjunction with the lack of parking. Applicant>should try alternative configuration that . would allow lot 5 both parking and access. A drainage development ,is required prior to . any site work. Show details of the proposed 8' fence to be located around the pool area. ELECTRICAL: Coordinate electrical service with Electrical Operations Coordinator Tony Michalsky at (409) 764-3660. PLANNING: Submit some form. of assurance that the proposed facilities will be utilized by apartment residents only. Coordinate details with Senior Planner Jane Kee at (409) 764-3570. The proposed ,driveway throat length and parking lot configuration is not acceptable. The entire apartment complex is underdanon-conformingstatus based on . the parking shortage. of approximately 120 spaces; no parking spaces can be lost. The entire proposal will need approval by the Zoning Board of Adjustment through a special exception request to expand a non-conforming use.
