In the meeting we discussed the need for additional temporary facilities and the City requirements for approval. These temporary facilities would . be located within the proposed Pebple Creek Country Club area to. facilitate . the cOmmencement of golf operations while continuing to conduct on. site operations. We are planning to officially open the golf course for play to members on July 11, 1992. The Pebble Creek Development Co.,. Inc. is requesting the consideration of ;:unending the existing temporary permit attached with a development agreement,. if necessary. The additional temporary facilities would comply withal! City standards and codes for temporary facilities. Operations would be conducted in .thetemporary..facilities.. .until.the ... clubhouse.. is.. completed. It sho1.l1dalso be noted that on May 28, 1992, the City Council approved the Pebble Creek ;Master..DevelopmentPlan. and. the. Master. Preliminary Plat . for Phase Two, which includes the club area.
