SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan --Automotive Research Corporation
Building Garage Additioll located at .3301 Longmire
(92-409)V
The P.R.C.met on June 3, 1992, to review the subject proposal.
The following comments/conditions resulted:
GTE: No problems identified.
DRAINAGE: A Drainage Development Permit will be required to
address control of the additional runoff.
W/WW:
Provide documentation regarding the abandonment of the
easement/sewer line.
Provide documentation for an easement to cover the
electric line.
Include a note indicating "private sewer line" where
appl i.cable.
FIRE:
Fire Lanes as designated by the Fire Marshal's office
will be requIred.
All parts of any building must be within 300 feet of a
fire hydrant as the hose is laId from the fire truck.
Any new water lines or. fire hydrants must be covered by
easements.
PLANNING: Apply wa.rehouse parking requIrements (2 spaces) and
re.place the5spa.ces lost for a total of 7 spaces new
spaces to be show-non the revised plans.

THE REVISED SITE PLANS ATTACHED, PLUS 3 ADDITIONAL SITE/LANDSCAPE
PLANS TO THE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR TO BEGIN THE NEXT STEP IN
TIlE BUILDING PERMIT PROCESS.
