The Project Review" Committee reviewed the above mentioned parking lot plan
Wednesday, May 20,1992 and 'made the following comments:
ELECTRICAL:
Coordinate electrical service, witll Electrical ,Operations Coordinator Michalsky at
764-3660.
BUILDING:
Coordinate building code requirements for the proposed structure with Building
Official Coy Perry at (409) 764-3741.
Submit letter from the Brazos County Health Department stating that you have
met, all requirements. This letter' must be received prior to opening ,for business.

FIRE:
Note distance ,to closest fire hydrant.
PLANNING:
Submit a bond in the amount of $500 for the City to hold until the building is
removed .' and the site is restored.
Landscaping is. reql1ired prior to, opening for business. Coordinate details with
Staff Planner Sabine Kuenzel at (409) 764~3570.
ENGINEERING:
Obtain a drainage. development . permit prior 'to construction. Coordinate details
with Project Engineer Deborah Keating at (409)764-357.0.
SUBMIT 5. COMPLETE SETS OF THE REVISED PARKING LOT PLAN FOR
FURTHER,REVIEWANDAPPROVAL,TO<CONTINUE WITH PHASE II OF THE
BUILDING 'PERMIT PROCESS.
