Comments are "attached. The applicant is proposing :single family lots, however the property is zoned. R-5 and the lot. sizes will allow for duplex and possibly fourplex development under this zoning. The applicant has been advised of this and may seek a zone change to single family and/or deal. with this through deed restriction. There are two sections of .the Subdivision :Regulations aimed at generally avoiding double frontage ots anal right angle lots. In this particular. case the applicant has indicated that the lot ;depths.. would be excessive if Heatherwood Lane- were to be deleted.. Staff has no problem with this layout..
