the SprtngbrookSubdivision located west of the S.H. 6 West Frontage
Road and I10rth of l3arron Road. A Master Preliminary Plat of this area
was approved byCouncll on March 26,1992. ThIsPrellminarydiffers
. from the Master Prelin1iIlarypreviously approved in that it incorpora.tes
13 addItional acres and 27. additionallotsfora.totalof 22 acres and 56
single family lots . It also provides for an additional access onto Barron
Road via Robin Trall.

conditions that a sidewalk be placed along the north side of Cardinal and
on one side of Robin and to accept the street offset as presented. P&Z
voted unanimously to recommend approval with staff conditions ·
