Land Use Plan: Retail Commercial on the northwest and southwest corners of
Barron and SH 6,'the remainder as low density residential.
Thoroughfare Plan: Shows a collector connecting to Longmire. Hummingbird
serves this function. Staf f is requiring Hummingbird to be a
70' ROw to enable future connection north with Longmire,
but is requiring only a 39' pavement section due to he
residential nature of this subdivision. .
