Councilman Brown moved approval of 'the final plat for Kapchnski Hill Subdivision with staff } and Planning anal Zoning Commission recommendations. The motion was seconded by { Councilman Crouch. Mrs. Morgan expressed additional information to the council an this item. The Legal ::Department has concurred that this action can be done by a development agreement. Councilman Kennady suggested that landscaping regulations be also required far the low. profile signs.
