Assistant City Engineer Veronica Morgan explained this item. Staff recommends that Cardinal
be a 5 (7 ft. right-of-way due to the pra~mity of :Barron Raad and Eagle. Oversize participation
wily be requested on the. 18 "waterline along Barron Road.-
Staff recommends approval of the plat with the..: condition that a sidewalk. be placed along the
north side of Cardinal and on the west side of Rabin and to accept the 114 ft street ..offset
between Cardinal and Falcon as resented. P&Z voted unanimousl to recornmcnd a a royal

Councilman Crouch.. moved o accept the preliminary plat.: of OakgrQVe portion of Springbrook
Subdivision with the: staff and Planning and Zoning Commission recommendations.

Agenda Item No. 5 - Consideration of a final plat for Kapchlnsk~ ~ll Subdrv~slon.
Councilman Brown moved approval of 'the final plat for Kapchnski Hill Subdivision with staff
} and Planning anal Zoning Commission recommendations. The motion was seconded by
{ Councilman Crouch.
Mrs. Morgan expressed additional information to the council an this item. She stated that
Target requested to dedicate the easements.... by separate document instrurncnt referenced by
the volume and page number rather than dedicated. by plat.

Senior Planner Jane Kee e lamed that the Plannin and Zonn ~ Commission made a motion

to recommend to the council that the low profile "monument type" signs would be acceptable 1f
,the City could legally place this :limitation on lots 3 and 4. The Legal ::Department has
concurred that this action can be done by a development agreement. Councilman Kennady
suggested that landscaping regulations be also required far the low. profile signs.
