STAIr'i!' COMMENTS { RECOMMENDATIONS
This is art amending plat of the University Park subdivision. The applicant is proposing too
abandon an e~.isting 2d foot alley located between Block D and Block V: In addition, the.
applicant is reducing the number of lots from 20 to 5 to =provide for the location of the Texas A &
M: Systems Headquarters Complex :and a few guest houses along Spring :Loop. The applicant is
proposing `to t~:ke' over all internal sewer lines and thereby deletin all internal u ' 'ty eas~;ments
that once covered these lines. All other easement deletions or aid itons are merely to reflect as-
builtconditions.
A Pre~snbmission Conference was held on Wednesday, June 24, 1992 to review-this plat. The:
applicant .has :addressed all comments .made at that. time. The plat as submitted does not have:
the signat~.re of the applicant at this time. Due to the di~.eulty in acquiring the :signature from
:the S~rstem, they have requested that they sign after all corrections. have been made as required
by the reviewing and approving bodies.
