(92-249) Assistant to the City Engineer Morgan. presented. the staff :..report. The applicant. is requesting a variance to not show. the 100 year :flood plain line as required by the City's subdivision regulations. Staff recommended that the 104: year flood plain line be shown on the plat because they receive a number of calls from lending institutions, homeowners .and, insurance companies ..requesting this information.
