The. College. Station Planning & Zoning Co ll1J11is sion . will. hold. a public hearing to
consider a rezoning..request. by City of College Station for the following property:
A rectangular, 200 acre tract located on the east side of State Highway 6
bounded. 011. the north by Spearl11anDrive, approximately 2400 feet south
of. the intersection of Greens Prairie Road and State Highway 6; having
approximately 3200 feet of frontage 'on State Highway6-and approximately
2600 feet of depth.
The hearing will be held in the CouncilRoompf the College Station . City Hall,
1101 Texas Avenue at the 7:00p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday,
May 21, 1992.
