NOTICE OPPUBLIC HEARING:
The College Station CityC'ouncil will hold a public hearing to consider a
rezqning request by Fountainhead Development Corp. Inc., a subsidiary of Myrad
Real Estate, of the following property:
Approximately 20.484 acres generallylocatedat the southwestcomer of
the intersection of Highway 6:andBarron Road, from C-l General
Commercial, A -0 Agriculture Open, . and R-1A Single Family Residential
to R-l Single Faml1y Residential.
The hearing will. be held in the. Council. Room of the. College Station City Hall,
1101 Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Council on Thursday, March
12, 1992.

NOTICE OF PUBliC HEARING
. The College Station Planning & Zoning Commission ~l1hold a public hearing to
consider a rezoning request by Fountainhead Development Corp. Inc., a
subsiqiary of Myrad Real Estate, of the following property:
Approximately 20.484 acres generally located at the southwest cor11erof
the intersection of Highway6andBarronRoad,fromC-l General
Commercial and R-1ASingleFamily Residential to R-l Single Family
Residential.
The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the ,College Station City Hall,
1101 Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday,
February 20, 1992.
A public hearing for City Council consideration'of the request will be scheduled
for Thursday, March 12, 1992 at 7:00 P.M. Both meetings will be held in the
Council Room of the College Station City Hall at 1101 Texas Avenue.
All property owners within 200 feet of the subject property have received
notification of this request.
