The hearing will be held in the Council Room of the ,College Station City Hall, 1101 Texas Avenue at the 7:00 p.m. meeting of the Commission on Thursday, February 20, 1992. A public hearing for City Council consideration'of the request will be scheduled for Thursday, March 12, 1992 at 7:00 P.M.
