American .Bank facility, Staff leas approved the location and design of a full access driveway on nllller's Lane and a limed access driveway on Texas Avenue, The driveway on Texas :Avenue would be designed such that left turn movements into and aut of the property would be prghibited and' only right turn movements allowed. It was approved, however, since deft turn movements in and out of the driveway were to be prohibited. ', At this location the left turn movements associated with the.. proposed driveway are the most critical due. to the close proximity of the `driveway to the intersection. TAC fealty has objected to a driveway placed at any locatian other than one that is wholly or partly contained on their. property.
