H.E.B. Grocery Company would like to appeal the Project Review
Committee's decision on the interpretation of the number of
premises. fore. the proposed H.E.B. project at the intersection
of Texas Avenue and Holleman Street.
We feel that the out-parcel at the corner- should be classified as
a separate "premise" based on the definition on page 12-3 of the
zoning ordinance. our interpretation would.: than allow for the.
out-parcel to have its own freestanding sign in accordance with
the zoning ordinance. -We .feel this is an absolute for the
marketing of the property as an out-parcel for potential
businesses.
