A public hearing is required for a proposed conditional use permit. The. applicant is
responsible for placing an advertisement in the paper at east 15 days prior to the
public hearing. The Planniz~~ `Division call prepare the ad, All property owners
within 2~0 feet cif subject property must be notified of the hearing. The City
prepares -and mails notifications to the people on the:-list prepared from -the latest

afterwhich ten (10)-copies of rev..sed site pl`~ ~ will be required.
4. Be ailed explanation of proposed use ncludn~ hours of operation, number of
employees, number of students, children, church members,. :.etc.., a~ applioable.
