Staff recommended approval on the condition that all cqncerns expressed on that date are met and that a special exception to the non-conforming. parking is granted The Zoning. Board of Adjustment grallteda special exception to allow for. the conversion of six parking spaces into an outside pl~yarea. When the applicant vacates the premises, the parking must be reinstated.
