The next available Planning and Zon3.ng Comm sion, for consderata.on for the plat, is November 21. The deadline for. al F subm;ttals for this: meeting is November 1 1991, Submittals ~- a should consist of the plat, paid tax certificates, .~ ~R ~ construction :plans for an infrastructure 'necessar The y Y ~ '~ ' ~ ~ ~ tai certif cater and the sewer: line ' laps have bee ~~ submitted. The ultimate use of the Stanley Investment Tract and the Mrs. C. M. Sykes Tract h~~e_n~~ yet been determined,-and any cons ruction at this pint in time will. be used only on the City's minimum administrative require~-ent and not on ~n actu~-1 need. 2. The ordinance assumes that all tracts platted are under the ownership and/or control of the developer.
