It is scheduled to go before the Commissioner's Court tomorrow. A letter from Cully Lipsey went tothe County asking for them to process the plat without a signature, and a signature would be acquired after proses ing, ~I don't know what he is propo-sing and we didn't get a letter like that!) 'phis plat was processed as Tall Timber Estates a long tYme ago, but it never dot to ~&Z & Council for some reason! I think the engineer for theowner-dropped the baill somehow, but I.reallydon't know how. Sn the meantime, one'of the lots that. was propo ed in 1991 has been subdivided by metes & baunds~ sa this plat will take care of that, as well as the other lots. I believe a1.1 lots are built an already. It's a strangestuaton. Since you :haven't heard back from Patricia,.let's just wait on this to see what the County does! Well, riow in order to get a plat filed for record, all lot owners will have i to sign the plat. The county actually approved the plat, we held a presubmission conference and then had a call from the engineer (Martin Riley) to hold this plat because an additional division of property .was going to take place. That was the end of the plat:- we never heard from Martin on this again. i Day before yesterday Celia Stallings Goode called Jim to ask him what he knew about the plat. He said he would check into it. Yesterday she called me and I found the file with the above note regarding a phone conversationvsrithhat. The County never saw the plat with the additional division of property, so they will need to see. it. The property has:, already (I think:) been divided and sold and actually built on - at least some of it because Celia lives out there! My question to you is whether or not we need to require a :preliminary plat and a final plat (we didn't before, but that was then and this is now).
