SUBJECT: Additional easement needed for Pebble Creek

I talked to flay Havens this morning following our
conversation, and he explained that all he is able to
prepare prior to an ,,,proved, final plat, is a preliminary
electric layout. Well, after the final plat was approved,
the electrical engineer determined that this additional
width of easement was necessary to maintain the required
.separation between electrical, water ,and sewer lines.
The additional easement is being added at the request of the
City, and the owner/developer has no problem complying with
this request.
All parties concerned decided that the best way to handle
this easement is to place it on the plats rather than to
handle it by Separate Easement, as would be the case if the
plats were already filed for record..
