PORTION OF PROPERTY FRONTING ON UNIVERSITY DRIVE:
WHEREAS, the Ci y of College Station; Texas held a public hearing in the Cit Hall at

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF COLLEGE

This ordinance shall become effective from and after its passage in accordance with the,
City Charter of the City of College Station.
