A public hearing is required far a prcpased conditional use permit. The app icant is
responsible for placing ~n advertisement in the. paper at least 15 days.priar to the
public hearing. The Planning Division wi l prepare the ad. All property owner

within SOU feet Qf subject .property must be notified of the hearing. The City
prepares and mails natificatian~ to the peep a on the-list prepared from the latest
approved-Tax Rally. See Ordinance No. 16~$ Section 14 far. complete requirements.

2. Receipt for filing fee {$150. o0 or $75.00 for child care up to ] 2 children)
~. Ten t10} copies of site plan which includes requirements for site plan proposals
as fisted on attached sheet.. This site plan will go a P.~.~. for review,
after~hich ten ~1p}:~apies of revised site plan will be required.
4. Detailed exglanatian of proposed use inc3udn~ hours of operation, :number of
employees, number of students, children,-church members, etc., as applicable..

Commission meeting. Regular meetings are held the first & third Thursday of each
month. Notify Planning Division at least 3 working days prier to deadline date
