A public hearing is required for aproposed -conditional use permit. The. ap~Plicant is
responsible for p3.acn~ an advertisement in the paper ate eft 15 days prior to he
public hearing. The'Plannin~ Division will ...prepare. the;ad, All property +~wners-
within 200 feet of subject property must be notified of the hearing. The .:City
prepares and mails notifications to the people on the `list prepared..-from the latest
approved Tai Rolls, See Ordinance No 168 Section I4 for ca~pleterequirejments.
Minimum Requirements
1. `Application completed in full plus list of prapert;y oEaners within 20Q ~f~et '
(Planning Division prepares list upon request from applicant. ALLOW ~ IfI~OR~IHQ
DAYS FON PREPARATION OF LIST.
2. `Receipt for filing fee ($150.00 or $7.5.00 for ch-ild care up to J 2 children}
3. Ten C1~} copies of site plan which includes requirements for site plan proposals
as listed on :attached sheet. This -site plan will ~o to P.R.C. for revi+ew,
after~hich ten X10} copies of revseo side plan will be required.
4. Detailed explanation of proposed use including hours of operation, number of
employees, number of students, ehldren,'church members, etc., as app i~cable.
~. If sign is piarined for project, site p18n should include sib elevation and
::.:details. 'If inn details, etc;., are not included on p ans submitted with this
application, any future sign must be considered.•as aseparate conditional use
permit and al of the above requirements must be repeated.
DEADLINE: Received in Planning Division 2D days prior t+o Planning ~: Zoning
Commission meeting. Regular meetings are held the first & third Thursday of each
month. Notify. Planning Division at least 3 workingdays prior to deadlinedate
o allow time for preparation of list of gropert~ owners to receive notification.
