A public hearing is required for a proposed conditional use permit. The applicant is
responsible for placing an advertisement in thepaper at least 15 days prior to the
,.public hearing.. The Planning Di~r3,sion will prepare the ad, All property awners
within 2DD feet of subject prapert~ must be notified of the hearing. The City
prepares and mails notifications to the peep e on the ist preparedfrom the latest
~ _ aFPraved Tax Rolls. See Ordinance No. 158 Section 14 farcontplete requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
`l. Application completed in full plus list of property owners within`2Q0 feet
Planning Division prepares list upon request fram applicant. ALL~11 3 WORKING
DAYS FOR PREPARATION OF:LIST.
2. Receipt for filing fee ($150. o0 or $75.00 for ch-ild care up to } 2 .children}
3. Ten'~10} cQges of site plan which includes requirements for site p an.proposals
as listed an .attached sheet. -This site .:plan will go to P.R.C. for review,
afterwhich ten alp} capes of revised site plan will b;e required. .
4. Detailed explanation of proposed use including hours of .operation, number of
employees, number of students, children, church members, etc., as applicable.
~ If inn is planned for project, site ::glen should include i~ elevation and
details. If :sign details, etc., are net included on plans submitted with this
application, and future sign must 'be considered as a separate conditional use
permit and all of the above requirements must be repeated..
