A :public hearing is required for a proposed conditional use permit. The applicant is
responsible for placing an advertisement in the paper at least 15 dais prior to the
pub ic'hearin~. The Planning Division will prepare the ad. A11 property. owners
within 204 feet of subject property must be-notified of the hearing. The City
prepares and mails notifications tto the people on the list prepared from the latest
approved Ta.~s Rolls. See Ordinance No. 1638 Section 14 for complete requirements,•
Minimum Requirements:
1. Application completed in full plus list of ::property owners within 2Q0 feet

2. Receipt for filing fee ($150.00 or $75.00 fore :child care up to ]2 children)

afterwhich ten (10} copies of revised steplan will be required.
4. Detailed explanation of proposed use including hours of operation, number of
employees, number of students, children, church members, etc., as applicable.
