Thomas Episcopal Church Expansion The present chapel seats 12O people and the expanded chapel will seat 240 people. This growth will be slow and take several dears or more to reach anywhere near-capacity. The present school has approximately 130 students and will not be increased due -to the expanded facilities. Therefore, no increase ,in traffic is expected but a more order y traffic flow will result from the-expansion and any on street parking should be eliminated. The existing access from Newton A11ey and Aberdeen street will easily carr~r the traffic both now and that which is anticipated. The improvements a ong with proposed landscaping will present a much improved visual appearance to the site. The proposed change to the site will add approximately 24,000 S.F. or 0.55 acres of impervious area to the drainage area. Assuming the most, conservative time of concentration of five minutes and an intensity of a 10 year storm of 1O.g8 in/hr., then Q =CI A or 10 10 Q _.87x10.98x.55-.5.2:5 cfs.
