A public: hearing is required-for a proposed conditional use permit. The_apglcant is
responsible` for.. placing an advertisement in the .gaper at least 15 days prior to the ~ ~~~~ ~ --
publc hearing. The Planning Division will prepare he ad, All property owners
within 20~ feet of subject property must be notified of the hearing. The City
prepares and mails.....notificatons to the people on the list prepared from the latest
approved Tax Rolls. See Ordinance No. 1fi38 Section 14 for complete requirements.
Minimum :Requirements:
1. Application completed in full plus list of property owners within 200 feet
{Planning Division prepares 1is upon request from applicant. ALLOW 3 WORKING
DAYS FOR PREPARATION OF LIST.
2, Receipt for filing fee {$Z~.00} plus ~2. b0 for each: property owner on above list.
3. Ten {10) copies of site plan; which includes requirements for :site glen proposals
as listed on attached sheet. This ..site plan wil go to P.R.C. for review,
afterwhch ten.{lo) copies of revised site plan will be required.
4. Detailed explanation of proposed use including hours. of operation, number of
employees, :number of students, children, church-member, etc., as applicable.
5. Lf sign is planned for project, site plan hould include s~n:elevaton and
details. If sign details', etc., are not included on plans-submitted~w~h~this
application, any future sign must be considered as a separate conditional use
.permit and all of the above requirements must be repeated.
DEADLINE: Received in Planning Division 20 days prier to Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting. Regular meetings are held the first & third Thursday of each
month. Notify Planning Division at :.least 3 ~orkin~ days:. prior to deadline date
to allow time far preparation of list of property owner$ to receive notification.
