exiting the site.

Landscaping must meet the requirements of our landscaping
ordinance which operates on a point system. coordinate the
landscape design with the Planning office:.: Approval of
landscaping should be obtained at best prior-to the
permitting process, at least prior to any Certificate of
Qccupancy
DRAINAGE: A Development Permit must be obtained.
Coordinate with the City°s Engineering office in regard to
plans for future creek improvements. Also, Engineering
office must receive and approve the drainage report from
Mike McClure before release of development permit.
ENGINEERING: Underground water, sewer and gas.....lines must. be
shown on the site plan. In regard. to the parallel. parking
area, this needs to be designated one-way and circulation
arrows must be shown on the site plan and on construction
documents. Show sidewall~ dimensions.
Applicant was directed to decrease the number of curb cuts
from 5 to 3 and to show the radius of each curb cut:
