Consider this etter to be Albertson's assurance hat surveys are currently being taken of
existing utilities (not yet granted as easements) and Will be recorded as easements as soorn as
possible.
It is Albertson's intent to have all utilities under "center line" easement grants to the City of
College Station within 30 days. of this letter. f
With this;: assurance, please release the Certificate of Occupancy for he Albertson's store as
requested so that we can re~~lize a Wednesday, November 13 grand opening for this unit.

Per your telephone request, I am sending;you a letter requesting the seeding of the
:drainage area between Albertson's and Walmart parking lots.
This seeding was to have been accomplished as part of the seeding of the otherareas, of
Albertsons, before the issuance of the certificate of occupancy.: According to
conversations with he City inspector just..: prior to the certificate of occupancy, he stated that the area in question still had to be graded and would not be seeded before Albertsons
:requested their certificate of occupancy. He stated that the contractor had informed lhim
it would be done shortly thereafter.

Dear Mr. Saldin,
It has come to our attention that substantial dirt is collecting within public .streets as a result of regrading and
construction associated with the :.:development 'of :he
Alberston's Grocery Store in College Station, Texas. This is
causing~a serious safety problem as it hazardous for motorists'
to :travel on the roadways....
As part of the development permit obtained you are required to insure, than no debris and or dirt enters publ.icf
treets drainage facilities, and existing infrastructure. Z'he
current condition of the project is in violation of t:he
permit
This letter .will serve as official Notice of
Noncompliance and Stop Work: order. Please see that the dirt located within public streets removed immediately and
measures are taken to prevent dirt accumulation on the
remaining work. Provisions should be made to wash down t:he
.trucks upon exiting the site.
As per our inspector's discussion with Mr. A.P. Boyd of
Young Brothers Construction Inc.:, if no action is taken to correct this problem within 24 hours receipt of the warnimg,
.your permit will be revoked under the provisions of College
Station City ~rdnance'1728. When we :have been assured the
problem has been corrected, work may resume. -
