That, REGENCY FARKWAY, INC., a Texas Corporation, GRANTOR,
of the .County of Brazos, Sta a of Texas, for and in

the Rchand Carter Survey, Abstract No. 8, Brazos
County, Texa ,and being dart of the 34.13 acre
tract described in the Partial Release of Lien ex-
ecuted by Dert Wheeler' Inc. to Davis & Scarmardo
Construction Co., Inc., as recorded in volume
1082 , Page 337, of the official Records of Brazos
County:, Texas;
provided, however., that this conveyance shall grant the
rights herein specified only as to that portion of the above
described pra~erty more particular y described by course,
width, and centerline on the attached Exhibit '~A", kn~~n as
the 1°Easement Arear', and any additional area outside the
ease~ent aria necessary to instal. and attach equipment,.. guy

To erect, construct, install, and thereafter use, operate,

phis easement is intended to be emporary, but thee..rights
granted hereunder shall not terminate. until GRANTOR shall
deliver a final plat:, bowing the location of utility
service, equipment, and facilities. The final plat shall
delineate a propoaed permanent easement area to enable
GRANTEE to maintain, repair, rebuild, and operate the .
equipment described above.
