That, ROY LEWIS, `GRANTOR, of the County of Brazos, State of
Texas, for and in consideration of the payment cf TEN and - Na~100
DQLLARS for other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid
to GRANTOR by the CITY ~F CGLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED and

A 2 0' wide strip of land being a part of Lot 1-8, Block
15 Southwood Plaza Phase ane, College Station, Texas,
a subdivision platted and recorded in Volume 1212, Page
483, Official Records, Bravos County, Texas.
Pra~rded, :however, that this conveyance shall grant the rights
herein specified only as to ,that portion of the above described
property. more particularly described by course, width, and
centerline. on the attached Exhibit "A", known a`s the 'rEasen~ent
Area",,and any additional area outside the easement area

purposes which do not interfere with or prevent its use by the
GRANTEE.

assigns, forever, and GRANTOR do hereby bind themselves, their
