Deau Johns .
To con.f irmn our conversation of July 24`, 1990;, it has been
decided to grant the above site access to Teas Avenue
through the existing driveway ' on your property. Th
consideration is made due to the existence of the. driveway.
It is my understanding that drive access on Francis shall be
taken from the back o~ the site opposite the City Hall alley
access as previous y discussed.

~ Re: Chili's Gri l & Bar - colle e Station Texas g
Dear City Secretary:
i
Theis letter serves a our request for an appeal with the city
council regarding the conditional use that was not approved by the lannin commission on Se tember .5 191.
p g p ,
Chilies would like to ,improve the property just east of the
~,'I restaurant, which is zoned R-6, by adding a parking lot with
related landscap ng, fence and lighting. The mood- of the planning
commission seemed to be three In support, ane against and two
members that wanted to table the issue until a more hlstor is traffic pattern could be determined -
The ninety eight parking spaces we have now. would be adequate for
an`average store, but in our goad fortune, the store is exceeding
' our expectations, causing us to accept the responsibility of the
overf ow of cars parking on the street and the city office lot . ` We
feel that our need for additional arkin will onl increase as p g Y football season approaches.
We feel the proposal we have presented within the zoned land use
and would be a pos-tine improvement to the neighborhood..
Your con ideration would be greatly apprec-dated. Please contact me
at your earliest convenience at ~214~ ?70-94:30 with any questions or ' concerns .
Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely
