Sutton Rosier, Planning Technician Lavern Akin, GTE SUBJECT: Parking Lot Plan - C.I.C. - Insurance building to be located on part of Tract G Ponderosa Place Section 2 (90-405) The P.R.C. met on May 9, 1990 to review the revised site plan for this project. Approval of the project was granted contingent upon the following conditions/comments*: ENGINEERING: No problems identified. Please note a 1/4" plate on the sidewalk. ELECTRICAL: From the transformer to the pole a 20' easement is required. The Electrical Department recommends that the electric meter be located on the transformer not the building. (In case of additional construction, only one demand charge would be incurred.) The applicant will be provided single phase power. The Electrical Department recommends a 4" spare pipe for possible 3 phase. FIRE MARSHAL: Fire hydrant location does not meet code requirements unless the front of the building faces Rock Prairie (in which case the doors must remain unlocked whenever the building is occupied.) Preferably the hydrant should be relocated either at the entrance drive or within the parking lot by the doors. To meet ordinance requirements the hydrant would not have to be moved all the
