LOCATION; Section Four fronts on both sides of woodcreek Drive Beginning
about 60Q' northwest of SH b and ending 140' northwest. Section.. Five ..abuts
Section Four o the north.

Area: Section Four contains 1$.09 acres. Section Five contains 14.92
acres.

It should be noted that the connection of woodcreek Drive to Faulkner in
the Foxfire subdivision and Stone Bridge to Rack .Prairie .and Foxfire Drive
i will provide the opportunity ,for better access to and from this subdivision.
It will also provide the opportunity far thru traffic to use these now low
volume streets. These streets have been made wider to accommodate the
future: demand for traffic in the subdivision.. As the area develops around
this subdivision, it is anticipated that the Stone Bridge / woodcreek Drive
intersection will eventually meet the warrants far a four way stop.
EASEMENT DEDICATIONS: Yf required far off site improvements wh be part
of the final Plats
PARKLAND DEDICATION: No additional dedication required.
SIDEWALKS: None re wired b ordinance. P&Z has discretion to re wire

COMPREHENSIVE PLAN:: Preliminary plat complies with the Comprehensive ~:
