I think this is a reasonable requests and ehould hot require a separate plat to "vaca~_e" ence we c~nnat da this until th+~ relocated sewer line is in operation. I am as~.ing that you request council-approval 4by resolution or whatever is ne ' eded~ ar if you prefer, a letter frame you or engineering stating.. that the ~xisti~line and easement w11 -be vacated when replnc~d bey the new line and ~asement'upan completed. 1 surer hope we can-.find ~ way to satisfy this request without reviewing the entire platting procedure.
