The revised plat which we have submitted through your office for appra-val
at the du 1~, 1990 council Me~t~.n~ pr+~v~e~ fir a relocated sanitary sewer
line to al ow the location of .Albert~~n `s Store - ~~U, 4~}0 sgft) .
The oonstr~ction plans which. have beef approved show the old exist;ing
line and easement, and al o the proposed new or relocated sewer line and
easement.
;1t i~ ir~f erred that tl~e new lire will r~pla~e the old line and the new
easement ~ri1l replace the a1~, ~r existing easement.
Albertsan's hay requ~st~d that a hvtation be added to the plat which
states that existin+~ sewer line and easement are to be vacated upvn completion
of the nsw sewer line. I think this is a reasonable requests and ehould hot
require a separate plat to "vaca~_e" ence we c~nnat da this until th+~
relocated sewer line is in operation.
I am as~.ing that you request council-approval 4by resolution or whatever
is ne
' eded~ ar if you prefer, a letter frame you or engineering stating.. that the
~xisti~line and easement w11 -be vacated when replnc~d bey the new line and
~asement'upan completed.
1 surer hope we can-.find ~ way to satisfy this request without reviewing
the entire platting procedure. Albertson's want to eloee this sale this
month.
