She pointed out th t the main -point of concern with the original plat was the na ility of the lots to access public sewer. She added that the se er currently being used is a private line. Mrs. Morgan noted that the revised plat indicates t at Per.:I has access to a public sewer line across Highway 30. S e pointed out that Note No. 6 on the plat provides for a utility greement between Mr Lister and Pier I. In addition, in Not No. 7, staff has informed Mr.: Lister and Pier I hat the city wo ld require a hold harmless agreement between the:City and Pier I before the prat..is filed for record.
