Assistant to City Engineer Morgan presente the staff
report. She said thata house exist on Lo t 1. However
she stated :that there are no structures on Lot 2 the
subject at .

Ms Morgan `stated that the lots proposed w'11 be b5' x 110'
deep.
Mr. Dresser a ked if the :proposed dimensio s meet the
minimum lot requirements.
Ms. Morgan assured him that-they did meet of size
requirements.

Don Garrett, the representative of the'app icant, who was in

Mr Anderson mentioned the disturbances at 500 Fairview as
indicative of the deviation- from "single f milt'

`Ms Kee noted the address he mentioned and told him that the
possible Zoning ordinance violations will e researched.

Ms Kee explained that the City's Subdivision Regulations

Mr. Colson :asked Mr. Garrett if the applica nt would be
opposed to `Lot 2R taking access on Guernsey .
Mr. Garrett said that the applicant would p robably not
oppose this. type of access, .:
Ms Kee saidthat this could be specified a s a note on the-
plat, especially since it is a corner lot.
Mr Esmond asked if the proposed lots will; e larger 'than
others in the area.
Ms. Kee said they would be slightly larger.
Mr. Colson made a motion to recommend appro al of this lat.

removal of trees on private property. She ointed out that
