A public hearing isrequireclfor a proposed,conditional usepennit. The applicant is
responsible for placing a.n advertisement in the paper at least 15 days prior to the
public hearing. The Planning Division will prepare the add. All property owners
within 200 feet of subject. property must be notified of the hearing. The City
prepares and :rnailsnotifications to the peopl~on the list prepa.red from the latest
approved Ta'{ Rolls. See Ordinance No. 1638 Section 14 for complete requirements.
Minimum'Requirements:
1. Application completed in 'fuIlpluslistofproperty owners within. 200 feet
(Planning Division. prepares list upon request from applicant. .ALIm3WORKING
DAYS FOR PREPARATION OF LIST.
2. Receipt for filing fee ($25.00) plus $2.00 for each property owner on above list.
3. Ten (10) copies of siteplanwhichinclud~s requirements fors.iteplan proposals
as listed on attached sheet. This site plan .willgo toP.R.C. for review,
afterwhich ten (10) copies'. of revised site plan will be required.
4. DetaiIedexplanationofproposeduseincludinghours of operation, nwnber of
employees, number of students. children,churchmembers,etc., as' applicable.
"5. If sign is planned for project, site plan should include sign elevation and
details. If sign details', etc. ,are not included on plans submitted with this
application,any future sign must be considered as a separate condi tion'al use
pe,rmit anda1l'of the above requirements must be repeated.
DEADLINE: Received in Planning Division 20 days prior to Planning.&Zoning
Commission meeting. Regu.lar meetings are held the first & third Thursday of each
month. Notify Planning Division at least 3 working days prior .to deadline date
to allow time for preparation of list of property owners to receive notification.
