ENGINEERING: Engineering staff reviewed this request relative to water atid sewer availability knowing the project to be a 75 member church. No problems were found. NOTIFICATION: Legal Notice Publication(s): 4-5-89 Advertised Commission Hearing Date(s): 4-20-89 Number of Notices Mailed to Property Owners Within 200':, 22 Response Received: None as of 4-11-89 STAFF COMMENTS: Conditional use permits are granted by the Commission, subject to appropriate conditions and safeguards, when the Commission finds: A. That the proposed use meets all the minimum standards established in the Zoning Ordinance for this type of use; B. That the proposed use is in harmony with the purpose and 1 intent of the zoning ordinance and the plan for physical develo~m~nt of the district as embodied in the comprehensive plan for the develo,pment of the City; c. That the proposed use will not be detrimental to the healtht welfare, and safety of the surrounding neighborhood or its occupants, nor be substantially or permanently injurious to neighboring property. (See sec. 14, Ordinance 1638) The P.R.C. reviewed this project on 4-6-89. Please refer to the PRe report. The applicant is requesting the Commission to consider the use of the property only. If approved the applicant will present a site plan at a future meeting. 2
