I received a call from Bill Thornton Sr. with
`regard t~ the
Pebbles Creek subdivision. He indicated that David Pullen was
requiring his cliont to get permission to cross the easement with.
~ a roadway. He sent the original easements granting Gulf States
Utilities an easement. The documents. clearly supported his con-
tendon that permission would. not be necessary. I spoke with
David Pullen on February 27, 1990. David was satisfied with our
review of the documents and indicated that he would contact the
applicant.
