Section 9 Paragraph C of the subdivision regulations
addresses the "...extra cost of the pipe ... ~~ to be paid
oversize.- It is customary to include the extra cost of
a~~p«rte~larlces in this reimbursement als6. Appurtenance
includes valves, f tings, casings and other incidental
items .which make.:. up the complete `installation.
Scoff recommends that the City: participate in the
~~versize cysts of this waterline. The differential should
rye paid upon the basis of the ordinance and the hydraulic
area lys i~ of the needs of -the subdivision in accordance with
the Ci'ty's established design criteria.
