SUBJECT: Prelimina y P afi -Harvey Rvad Easfi Subdivision located at the

The staff held a Pr submission Conference on Tuesday, May 17, 1983 to review
the subject prelmi ary plat. Staff recommends approual with the following

conditions.-
(1) Show a 30 f ~ . r i vate access easement a 1 ong fihe :western side of Lot
2 which cone i n es ' w nto Lot 1 a long fihe eas errs side of Lot 3 . Staf f
would prefer t at lrhis a1 o serve as access to the corner lot at the
Frontage Road Harvey Road which is not included on this plat, The
30 foot privat access easement referreed to wi11 serve as access to

(2) The City Engin er would prefer joint access between Lot 3 and Lot 1
or Lot 3 and t ~ lot at the corner of Hwy. 30 and the Frontage Road
