parcel of land, lying and being situated in the Crawford Burnett League,
Abstract No. 7, College Statzon, Bxazos County, Texas, being a portion of the
unplatted remainder of a 156.56 acre tract conveyed from Clement A. Dobrovolny,
et al, to People's Mortgage Company of Llano, Texas, as described by deed
recorded in v4LUME 587, PAGE 220 of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
said 2.00 acre tract being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is .the intersection of the southeast right-of-
way line of Rock Prazrie Road with.. the southwest boundary line of Westchester
Park Phase One, as shown: by plat recorded in VOLUME 1054, PAGE 373, of the
Official Records of 'Brazos County, Texas. ..Said point being the beginning of a
curve to the night..:
THENCE in a southeasterly direction for a distance of 39.27 feet along the
arc of said curve :(Curve data: central angle = 90° 00' 0`0'', radius = 25,OU
